I honestly can’t say enough good things about East West Wellness Center. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. The front desk staff is always friendly, remembers you, and makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Dr. Shelly and the acupuncturists are amazing and truly care about their patients. They take the time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable during every visit. You can tell they genuinely want to help people and love what they do. The massages are also incredible. They are so relaxing and always leave me feeling refreshed. The whole office has such a calm and positive atmosphere. I’m so grateful for everyone at East West Wellness Center. It’s hard to find a place where you feel so cared for, and everyone there goes above and beyond to make each visit a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing care and genuinely kind people.

Dr. Shelly has helped me live so much better. I am now 13, and I can finally walk outside without constantly thinking about how my face looks. It all started when I was in 6th grade. I felt very insecure about my face because I had a lot of pimples. I was jealous of everybody else at school and everywhere I went because they had healthy, clear skin. I thought I would never have clear skin myself. After about a year of feeling insecure, my mom told me she had found a place that could help treat my skin called East West Wellness Center. This is where my life became so much better. When I first went to East West Wellness Center, Dr. Shelly told me about how she had treated many other people with the same condition as me. I felt so relieved because I truly thought nothing could help me. After just four acupuncture treatments, my skin got so much better! A couple of weeks later, my friends started telling me how much healthier my skin looked. I am now in 7th grade, and I finally don’t feel insecure anymore. I can walk freely without constantly worrying about how my face looks. I wrote this review because I want to thank Dr. Shelly for how much she has helped me, and I also want to help others who may be struggling with the same condition as me. This place is truly amazing. Dr. Woo is exceptional—skilled, kind, and very respectful. He explains everything he’s doing and always asks for consent before any touch, which is incredibly important to me as a woman. Dr. Shelly is also fantastic. I honestly haven’t met a single staff member I didn’t like. Hannah and Angela go above and beyond to accommodate scheduling and any other needs. They do accept insurance for certain services, so be sure to ask about coverage. Highly recommend!
